Building Information Modelling
Using BIM, we take 2D design information and use Revit and CAD to coordinate the fire & security services on a project, for example routing a fire alarm basket in ceiling voids, positioning fire alarm equipment in a reception area, modelling ceiling mounted smoke detectors throughout the building.
From our BIM model we create service elevations, 3D views, 2D drawings and reflected ceiling plans which gives realistic visualisation of how equipment should be installed. This level of information ensures our site employees are informed at the start of a project, and for our customers this means equipment is installed in the correct location – first time – to a high quality standard.
