As electrical contractors we are in the business of bringing power, light and communications to your buildings and can offer the complete electrical services package.

Specialising in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems our responsibility to you is to ensure that everything works in a safe, effective and environmentally sound manner.

Our Services

Our team is fully qualified and certified with NICEIC, giving you peace of mind that our workmanship is assessed regularly to a quality standard, and complies with all technical and safety requirements.

We are committed to powering your world and offer the following services:

Using Building Information Modelling (BIM) we can virtually create a 3D model of your building for electrical design and estimation.
We understand the specific but varied requirements of all types of domestic and commercial installations and can carry out any job, big or small.
Following installation we fulfil the commissioning, inspection, and testing process.
Inspection, testing and repairs
Using a combination of visual inspections and electrical tests we can verify that all circuits and systems are working correctly and fix any problems.
As part of a dedicated maintenance programme we can schedule regular checks to ensure that all electrical installations are kept up to standard.
Landlord certification
As a landlord, it is your legal duty to ensure all electrical equipment in your property is safe and maintained throughout the whole tenancy. We carry out the relevant checks and provide certification to keep your property completely compliant.

Building Information Modelling

Using BIM, we take 2D design information and use Revit and CAD to coordinate the electrical services on a project, for example, routing lighting and power trunking in ceiling voids, adding electrical equipment in a plantroom or a low-level socket.

From our BIM model we create service elevations, 3D views, 2D drawings and reflected ceiling plans which gives realistic visualisation of how equipment should be installed. This level of information ensures our site employees are informed at the start of a project, and for our customers this means equipment is installed in the correct location – first time – to a high quality standard.
